Frequently Asked Questions
Will this rug fit in my home washing machine?
Yes. Rugs up to 200x230cm fit comfortably in standard 7kg to 8kg front-load washers. For expansive 240x340cm formats, a standard 10kg+ washer or commercial laundromat machine is recommended.
Does it slide on smooth hardwood or tiled floors?
No. Every rug is engineered with a built-in textured thermoplastic rubber (TPR) non-skid backing. It grips hard surfaces tightly without scratching or leaving sticky residues.
How fast is international shipping to the USA and Europe?
Orders are dispatched via expedited air couriers (DHL Express & FedEx Air). Average transit time is 3 to 5 business days, with real-time tracking numbers provided upon dispatch.
